Typical Support Services are valid for One-Year, however we do provide short-term contracts with a minimum of 1 Month and long-term contracts up to 2 years.

The company must abide by the entire contract length. Termination penalties apply in case of early contract cancellations.

We have provide workers from diverse backgrounds. Our workforce majorly comprises of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal and Philippines workers.

In case the worker is sick, involved in crime or runs away we will offer a replacement within 7 days so that your business does not get disrupted.

All contracts require a security deposit of One Months Invoice that will be utilized against the last invoice of the contract.

All payments must be made before the 5th of the following month.
